    Jeff Gordon

    Jeff Gordon

    Director,
    Television Animation,
    The Walt Disney Company

    Detail
    • Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Chip an’ Dale, and many others are some of the World’s most popular and well-known animated characters ever created by the Walt Disney Company. These characters are rich in personality and are animated with a standard of excellence like no others. So, how can this quality be maintained on a television budget? What are the responsibilities of the Disney Channel and the Producers of animation using “legacy characters” to maintain this high standard? Finally, what are some practical ways that writers, directors, and designers can use to keep costs down and quality up? Using samples of animation, model designs, scripts, and budgets, Jeff will explore these questions and more.
